Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging United Tariff Recovery LLC's services, you agree to these terms.
Description of Services
United Tariff Recovery is a private tariff-recovery firm. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Our in-house licensed customs broker manages filings directly with CBP. Where a claim requires formal legal escalation, we coordinate with independent partner attorneys — we do not represent you ourselves in that capacity.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your imports. Our ability to evaluate and pursue your claim depends on the accuracy of what you provide.
Fees
We work on a contingency basis. Specific fee terms are set out in a separate written engagement agreement before any work begins — nothing on this website constitutes a fee agreement.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Eligibility, refund amounts, and timing are determined by CBP based on the facts of each importer's entries. We do not guarantee any particular result.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Tariff Recovery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
