How We Share Information
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to pursue your claim: with our in-house customs broker for filings with CBP, and with independent partner attorneys if your matter requires formal legal escalation. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to pursue your claim and to comply with our recordkeeping obligations. You may request that we delete information that is no longer needed for these purposes.
